The following is a tentative schedule of events for the 2020 United States ARDF Championships. This schedule may change.

Meals will not be provided on the practice days or during the competitions. A group dinner on Saturday will be arranged at a location to be determined. All other meals are on your own.

Wednesday May 20Registration Deadline

June 9
Practice Day 1
Location: TBD.
9:30 AM Arrive and park. Signs will direct you. Participants should bring their 3.5 MHz and 144 MHz receivers with them. Lunch is not provided, but people are encouraged to bring their own picnic lunches with them.
10:00 AM First Start, 80m classic practice. The practice events will be complete with electronic timing controls, competition transmitters, and start/finish procedures. There will be no impound on practice days, and the time limit will be 2 hours (the practice courses are roughly 3-4 km).
12:30 PM All participants should have returned from the 80m practice.
1:00 PM First Start, 2m classic practice. 2 hour time limit.
3:30 PM All participants should have returned from the 2m practice.
Wednesday
June 10
Practice Day 2 – Fox-oring and Sprint
Location: TBD.
9:30 AM Arrive and park. Signs will direct you. Participants should bring their 3.5 MHz receivers with them. Lunch is not provided, but people are encouraged to bring their own picnic lunches with them.
10:00 AM First start, Fox-oring practice. The practice events will be complete with electronic timing controls, competition transmitters, and start/finish procedures. Time limit will be 1 hour (shortened course).
12:00 Noon All participants should have returned from the Fox-oring practice.
1:00 PM First start, Sprint practice. There will be no impound, and time limit will be one hour.
2:30 PM All participants should have returned from the Sprint practice.

Model Transmitters; Competitor Meeting
Location: Event hotel.
5:00-6:30 PM A model transmitter for Fox-oring will be placed in the vicinity of the event hotel. Competitors should bring their 3.5 MHz receiver with them if they wish to hunt the model transmitter.
7:00 PM Competitor Meeting (covering Fox-oring and Sprint events), Packet Pickup.
Thursday
June 11
Fox-Oring Competition
Location: To be determined.
8:30 AM Competitors arrive and park. Competitors should bring 3.5 MHz receivers with them. Note: there is no equipment impound for this competition.
9:00 AM First start. There will be a xxx minute time limit for this competition. Lunch is not provided.
1:00 PM All competitors have finished.

Model Transmitters
Location: Event hotel.
5:00-6:30 PM A model transmitter for each frequency used in the Sprint will be placed in the vicinity of the event hotel. Competitors should bring their 3.5 MHz receiver with them if they wish to hunt the model transmitters.
Friday
June 12
3.5 MHz Sprint Competition
Location: To be determined.
9:00 AM Competitors arrive and park. Competitors should bring their 3.5 MHz receiver with them.
9:30 AM Equipment impound.
10:00 AM First start. There will be a 60 minute time limit for this competition. Lunch is not provided.
12:00 PM All competitors have finished.

Model transmitters ; Competitor Meeting
Location: Event hotel.
5:00-6:30 PM Model transmitters for the 80m and 2m frequencies used during the classic competitions will be placed in the vicinity of the event hotel. Competitors should bring their 3.5 MHz and 144 MHz receivers with them if they wish to hunt the model transmitters.
7:00 PM Competitor Meeting (2m and 80m classic events). Packet pickup.
Saturday
June 13
144 MHz Classic Distance Competition
Location: To be determined.
8:30 AM Competitors arrive and park. Signs will direct you. Competitors should bring 144 MHz receivers with them.
9:00 AM Equipment impound.
10:00 AM First Start. There will be a xxx minute time limit for this competition. Lunch is not provided.
2:00 PM All competitors have finished.

Banquet
Location: To be determined.
6:00 PM Group Dinner and Awards Banquet. Anyone with special dietary needs should contact the organizers. Extra dinners can be purchased, in advance, for spouses, children, or other non-competitor guests. Awards for the Foxoring, Sprint, and 144 MHz competition will be presented after dinner.

June14
3.5 MHz Classic Distance Competition
Location: To be determined.
8:30 AM Competitors arrive and park. Competitors should bring 3.5 MHz receivers with them.
9:00 AM Equipment impound.
10:00 AM First Start. There will be a xxx minute time limit for this competition. Lunch is not provided.
2:00 PM All competitors have finished. Awards for the 3.5 MHz competition will be presented in the finish area as soon as possible after the competition. Please do not schedule a flight out before 5 PM.
